AFLO case manager · Ari Friedman Law Offices, PC · Updated October 21, 2026

What this app is

AFLO is a private case-management application used only by Ari Friedman Law Offices, PC and its staff. It is not offered to the public, and nobody outside the firm can create an account.

Google account access

When someone at the firm connects a Google account, the app asks for permission to send email and to create drafts in that account. It uses that permission only to send or draft messages that a member of the firm has written or approved in the app — letters, document requests and client correspondence — and the summaries the firm has set up to email to itself, such as its daily digest of client messages. It does not read, delete or change any other mail.

The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What is stored, and where

Case information entered by the firm, and the connection key that lets the app send mail for a connected account, are stored in the firm's own database, protected by access rules that limit each record to the firm's signed-in users. The connection key is never shown to anyone, never included in backups, and is deleted when the account is disconnected.

Sharing

Information is not sold, rented or shared with anyone for advertising or any other purpose. It is used only to run the firm's practice, and is disclosed only where the law requires it.

Removing access

A connected Google account can be disconnected at any time in the app under Settings › Connections & backup, or from the Google account itself at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
